"Vice Admiral Blaize?" Hearing the murmurs from the Marine officers, the new recruits were perplexed.
"Who is he?" A Marine soldier who joined the Marines three years back asked.
"He's Vice Admiral Blaize. When pirates were rampaging the seas, just his name alone was enough to send fear into their hearts.
After all, he holds the title 'The Strongest Marine'." A headquarters Rear-Admiral described with a hint of awe.
"Wait...I seem to have heard this title before I joined the Marines!" Another Marine soldier exclaimed.
"Oh my god! I remember! He's the one who defeated the Crystal Pirates, one of the Yonko five years ago." Another Marine soldier who remembers Blaize's deed cried out.
"Yes. A Vice-Admiral with powers rivaling that of Admirals!"
Hearing the words and exclamations around them, the Marine soldiers were shocked and amazed. "We have such a strong person on our side. Then why did he disappear for five years?"

"Roar!"
At that moment, Kaido who was engulfed in the flames let out a terrifying roar. His serpentine body spun into a coil that summoned several tornadoes.
His Dragon twister swept away all the flames and stormed towards the Marineford. The change in wind current caused by the tornadoes forced all the Marines to take a step back.
Imbuing his arms with Armament Haki, Blaize clapped hard at the incoming tornadoes. With a thunderous sound, a shockwave rippled from his hands and met Kiado's dragon twister.
"Boom!" When they came in contact, both attacks were nullified.
"Oh!" Next to him, Garp had a look of astonishment. 'This brat has grown up, his Haki reached such a height.'
At the same time, the Marine soldiers and officers were excited by the show of power. A clap of hands to suppress the attack of Yonko. 'How cool is that!'
The collision generated a shockwave shaking the entire surroundings and Marineford. A massive rift appeared in the sky as if the heavens themself has split.
The Marine officers who were still conscious were forced to take a few steps back by the powerful shockwave.
"Forget about participating, we can't even observe the battle of this scale up close." Vice Admiral Doberman commented, steadying his body.
"Vice Admiral Blaize has grown stronger than I have met before." A Rear Admiral commented.
Meanwhile, Garp silently left the area, showing no visible signs of wanting to partake in the battle. He appeared next to Sengoku who was watching the battle from the Marineford tower.
"It seems like Blaize's strength has reached the level of Sea Emperors. I don't know where he went and trained himself to reach such a level of Haki." Sengoku stated with his arms folded.
"Bwahaha! With him in the front, we old fellows can sit back and relax." Garp spoke, laughing in a carefree manner.
"Shut up, Garp. We aren't that old yet." Sengoku rebuked and thought, 'I don't know how the World Government will react once they come to know Blaize is alive!'
"If they act again, I won't sit back and watch." Seeing through Sengoku's inner thoughts, Garp commented nonchalantly.
But, Sengoku knew how solemn his friend's statement was as he knew him very well. "Don't utter such words. I won't let something like last time happen again."
Garp simply snorted and watched the battle.

Conquering over Kaido's haki, Blaize's punch landed squarely on his face forcing the other party to take a few steps back.
Wiping the drop of blood from the corner of his lips, Kaido grinned and joyfully commented. "Not bad! It seems like I won't be bored today."
