Unlike any other day, this wasn't a peaceful one for the whole world. As the News Coo delivered the newspaper, the content present in it shook the entire Grand Line and Four Seas.
The title of the newspaper was, 'Celestial Dragon Slayer!'. Yesterday, someone killed the Celestial Dragons and beat the Marine Admiral to a sorry state.
The newspaper had a picture of Admiral Akainu beaten to a sorry state with blood dripping all over his face.
A marine admiral is a pillar embodying justice and balancing power in the whole world. They were supposed to be the savior of everyday people and nemesis to pirates.
But now? Looking at the beaten Marine Admiral turned their worldview upside down.
'Who will save us from the criminals from now on?' The common people were struck with fear and worry.
The Marines scattered across the world, they couldn't believe it when they first heard the news. When they saw the newspaper, it crushed their arrogance and their morale dropped to the bottom.
A man singlehandedly killed the World Nobles and beat the admiral. His actions were seen as waging war against the World Government...but neither the World Government nor the Marines could do anything to stop him.

Smashing the newspaper on the table, Sengoku roared. "Who is he? Just because of this act, the entire world is in Chaos.
I have received reports from various Marines bases over the Grand Line that criminals and pirates came out in full swing. If we don't do something, it will explode soon."
Sengoku just finished the call with the Five Elders of World Government, they were very unhappy with the development. They want him to capture and hang the killer who killed the Celestial Dragons as soon as possible.
But, the Marines couldn't find the person, it was as if he disappeared into thin air after beating Akainu.
Furthermore, the Marines were short of manpower to put out a wide search in such a situation. Sengoku sent Borsalino and Aokiji to the New World, to quell the pirates rampage.
As soon as he hiccuped, the smell of wine permeated over and forced the marines to cover their nose. 'He's drunk?'
"Bolo Breath!" Fire gathered in Kaido's mouth before he breathed it out.
An intense flame of high temperature blasted towards the Marineford, covering a tremendous distance within moments. If it struck, the high temperature would melt everything and ruin the Marineford.
Just as Garp decided to act, a sudden brilliance attracted his attention while a figure magically appeared and punched at the approaching blast.
A pillar of blue flames surged from the figure's hand similar to Kaido. The flames then expanded and spread at a terrifying pace, forming a huge flame mouth.
What happened next shocked everyone present in the vicinity. The huge mouth formed out of flames gobbled Kaido's Bolo breath, and blazed forward.
"Boom!"
When it came in contact with Kaido, the flame exploded engulfing the latter within the sea of flames. Kaido's screams came from within the flames, "Ahhh!"
"Bwahaha! You brat, even I thought you died after not seeing you for many years!" Garp laughed out aloud, noticing the figure was none other than Blaize.
It was at that moment, that the Marines clearly noticed Blaize's appearance. Some who were in the Marines for a long period of time recognized him.
"Is that Vice-Admiral Blaize, who suddenly disappeared many years ago?" A Rear-Admiral thought aloud.
Though five years had passed, there wasn't much change in Blaize's appearance aside from a slight change in height, maturity, and flowing hair that reached the neck.
Teleporting next to Garp, Blaize chuckled. "It seems like I can finally call you Old Man Garp without any concern, I see a lot of white hairs on your head."
"You brat, want to taste my 'Fist of love'?" Garp asked, grinding his fists.
