Chapter 263: Sinner

He spent about two days on the road. Little Cub's stamina was remarkable.

Seth saw trees that were larger than Living Roots trees. He saw massive boulders that depicted various dragon species.

The location has a heavy, all-encompassing aura that Seth cannot see but can sense.

The bells began to ring a little louder as the cart stormed in, and his Map Compass revealed that the Gawee Beasts were no longer following him.

As soon as he entered, a notification came

[No killing of Dragons]

Seth smiled as he saw this, "Do not mind if I beat them up and take their aura!"

As he passed by one of the dragon sculptures, a naked man painted in the stone colour opened his eyes. They possessed reptilian characteristics.

As he spoke, a distant figure sitting in a hut opened his eyes, revealing a vision of Seth's cart pulled by a battle beast.

He frowned as he examined the cart and attempted to peer through it. He could not but eventually spoke. Silhouettes emerge from various locations and move quickly towards Seth.

One of them sniffed the air and declared, "A sinner. He has not committed the Great Sin, but he is a sinner. He has the Great ones as captives!"

When the people heard that, they pulled out various weapons and followed Seth. They intended to hunt him down.

"Damn. Those Fanatics are annoying!" A man with a shotgun on his back said with irritation. Beside him was a tall enigmatic woman that moved with elegance.

Her movement happened in very slow motion as if she were a stream of water that didn't want to shift. She didn't respond but glanced in a certain direction.

Seeing her reaction made the shotgun man focus and the people around all stood and grabbed their weapons.

From a dense foliage came a giant beast, from their experience, they knew it was from the Battle Beast Race.

The giant wolf's presence was heavy and ran with grace and speed.

Seeing them growling and glaring at them, some have cold feet and fall. Shotgun man's eyes darted around trying to see weakness but there was none.

The battle will be bloody but he can handle it.

"Why is Battle Beast here?" A woman wearing a military uniform inquired. She stood next to the enigmatic woman. "Didn't Dragon hate this race?" she added.

The enigmatic woman was known as Dream Fortune, one of GEST's leaders who was actively seeking a way out of Gawee.

GEST stands for Gawee Escape Special Team.

Eda Eden was the woman that spoke to her while the guy with the shotgun was known as Gunpowder.

Before Seth responded the man dashed toward him, his eyes changed to dragon eyes and his body spotted scales. A dragon pressure began to release from his body.

The aggression automatically activated Seth's Battle Force, and his eyes became sharp. His Aspectos activated just like when he faced off against the old man in gold.

Due to that Seth felt someone was behind him and Shadow Glare activated, this time with more intensity than before and he was able to have two different perceptions in his mind.

The shadow Glare contained menacing feelings that made the attacker staggered and hesitant but he pushed forward in a daze.

He had the advantage as he was coming from behind. With his dragon-clawed hand, he struck the back of the Sinner with full power.

The next moment he heard, "What are you doing!?" And the attacker looked again and found that he was attacking his colleague.

He regained himself and looked back, the Sinner was just standing there, half-covered with his green cloak staring at them with no expression.

"What makes me a sinner?" Seth used the Word Of Value Skill to compel them to answer.

It has an effect but these people were living with dragons, so they break the effect easily and attack.

Seth frowned and that was a gesture for Intimidation Skill as his Green cloak flapped behind him and also he used Shadow Glare from his shadow.

This felt as if some slumbering beast was about to erupt. However, that only increased their aggression.

Their body released pressure and dashed toward Seth, tilting his head as he observed their movement in slow motion before everything accelerated at his command.

The moment the closest was about 50cm, he jerked down violently with no warning, his face conformed into confusion and pain and he slammed to the ground.

The other was already on air, and was about to swipe with his dragon claw when the hand he was swinging was cut off. And something hard slammed at him from behind.

It was then the first one who raised his head and looked back, his leg shaft was pierced by a small sword and embedded to the ground... It was the small thin sword slamming at his leg that pulled him down.

As for the other, his hand was cut off by a chakram.

The device wasn't a standard one but had two rings, the inner ring was connected to the outer ring by four connected joint metals.

As such, it can retract and reduce the chakram size to a small palm and also disjoin the sharp edges to disassemble and pull in.

In its assembled form, it was about two palm-sized and now rotating beside Seth.

Seth stood a distance away from them, his expression didn't change observing them glaring at him in anger.

They then looked at each other before they had a tacit agreement but before they did whatever they had in mind a heavy pressure descended on them and instantly they grasped the full weight of who they were messing with.

They raised their eyes to look but they only saw a hazy figure emitting an intense energy enough to drown hundreds of baby dragons to death.
