Progenitor Vampire: I Have Many Skills!

Chapter 473: A Little Treasure

Chapter 473: A Little Treasure

He moved a little closer to her and grasped her firmly by her shoulders.

"You are brave, woman. But, if you let yourself be consumed by your vampiric nature, who will be the Empress of this place when the time comes?" After saying this, he moved closer to her and, without her being able to move, kissed her gently on the lips, sending currents throughout her body.

They were icy currents. They came in to control everything in her body as if they could control everything and return it to its normal state. Suddenly, the vampiric nature that was taking control of her body receded, and her eyes regained consciousness.

She looked at him in shock after this.

Matthew froze the blood a bit. With the Control, he made it flow normally and not as messy as it was. At the same time, he froze her fingers a little on the inside to allow the blood there to flow more slowly so that the vampiric claws would return.

If he hadn’t seen his body internally a while ago, this way wouldn’t have occurred to him, and if he hadn’t been so powerful, he might not even have tried to do it. But knowing his whole body, he now understood that this vampiric nature was more of a blood disorder. It could be controlled to some extent, though he didn’t know if he could control it in all cases.

Emma was in shock, but as soon as she regained consciousness, she became concerned about Isla. "Isla!" she said, returning to where Isla had fallen.

Matthew disappeared from where he was and appeared at Isla’s side.

He frowned.

"Impossible."

He could feel that she was alive. She was simply unconscious.

But, what was impossible for him was her body.

It had recovered.

"Have you ever considered how many ways there are to die? Killing yourself has a lot of ways. If someone else kills you, there are even more. Being killed has so many ways to die that we could say that ’1000 ways to die’ they barely put the most obvious ones in."

Matthew then gave the man a little kick, which was not painful, to make him look up at the sky. Matthew smiled at him with a calm, non-threatening gaze.

"Did you ever think how you would want to die?" he asked.

Even though he felt fear because he knew this guy could kill him, he was still a proud human with a great background. "Hmph, I’ve surely never thought about how I want to die. But it seems like you should be doing it."

"Oh? You seem to have a background. Come on, tell me, who’s behind you?" Matthew then moved his hand slightly and made a piece of ice come out of that guy’s mouth, freezing a small dagger. He grabbed the dagger with his hand, removed the ice, and then looked at him again.

"I hope your background is not these guys; I would be very disappointed." He spoke.

The human frowned, feeling danger hovering in the air. He swallowed thickly but smiled. "Hehe, you greatly underestimate our organization, vampire. As expected of you, always so arrogant and stupid." He said, pausing for a moment to watch Matt’s reaction.

"Still, this time, my background isn’t that far off. Look over there, do you know whose house that is? My master is there; why don’t you just let me go? My master doesn’t like me coming back so late." He spoke.

Matthew looked up and, after a moment’s thought, shrugged. "I see; no wonder you’re here, then. Such an odd pair of twins, where one is human, would naturally have some humans around them." He spoke.

The human man smiled proudly. "That’s right, one of the 2 Counselors is my Master, and both simultaneously. So, the best thing to do is..."

Matthew raised his hand to stop him and drew his sword. "So what? Even if the two of them came right now, they couldn’t save you. You little scumbag, you don’t understand who I am; you also don’t understand who that woman was that you took off her arm; that’s why you’re so arrogant not to start apologizing when I came here. So I hope that, from now on, you can be a good person and scream a lot...

A lot... Your screams must be pleasurable to appease my anger." A sinister smile circled his lips.

And all of a sudden, he gently plunged his dagger into this man’s body, into one of his legs. He did it so gently that he could feel his tendons and veins snapping, even then stabbing his bones, one of which disappeared...

A scream, which to Matthew was a melody, echoed through this night. Matthew did not bother to shut his mouth; he was to suffer, and it was not to be in silence.
