Chapter 117 Borrow it
Chapter 117 Borrow it
"Knock knock knock..." Hearing no response from inside, Uchiha Ye called out loudly, "Orochimaru-sensei, are you home?"
"Orochimaru, old man..."
Just as she called out a second time, the door suddenly opened, and a familiar figure came into her view.
"Teacher, I knew you'd be home." Uchiha Ye walked in with an air of familiarity.
"His disciple is not polite at all, and nothing good ever comes from his house."
The thought that his disciple always managed to take something with him whenever he came over gave him a headache.
"Teacher, what are you standing there for? Come and see what good things I brought you."
"He even brought things over. Looks like I'm going to have to spend a lot of money again this time," Orochimaru thought to himself.
Orochimaru closed the courtyard gate, took a deep breath, and said, "Speak, what do you want this time?"
"Teacher, what are you saying? How could I be that kind of person?"
"You are," Orochimaru said bluntly and without any politeness.
"Well, since you say so, teacher, then I won't stand on ceremony." Uchiha Ye was shameless, and when pointed out so bluntly, he readily agreed.
She rubbed her hands together and said in a low voice, "Orochimaru-sensei, I don't have anything else to say, I just want to borrow your lab for a bit."
"A laboratory?" Now it was Orochimaru's turn to be surprised; he hadn't been happy about it at all before. "Have you changed your mind?"
Uchiha Ye then added, "The bigger the better."
"You're not being polite at all," Orochimaru said helplessly.
"Hey hey hey..."
"Haven't you heard this saying, teacher?"
"A teacher for a day, a father for life."
"I will take good care of you when I grow up," Uchiha Ye said shamelessly.
Although she spoke jokingly, her eyes were full of seriousness.
"Father?" So that's what she was thinking.
"Follow me." Orochimaru smirked and led Uchiha Ye toward a secret passage.
"Teacher, you didn't even ask me what I wanted to research?" Uchiha Ye changed the subject.
Before Orochimaru could respond, she continued, "But don't worry, you'll definitely get a share."
"Then I'll reluctantly look forward to it," Orochimaru replied as he led the way.
"We've arrived." Orochimaru led Uchiha Ha to one of his laboratories in Konoha.
Inside were all sorts of utensils and containers; almost everything she needed was there.
"That's great!"
"Orochimaru-sensei, why don't you sell this lab to me?" Uchiha Ye suggested after surveying the area.
Orochimaru flicked Uchiha Ye's head. "Don't push your luck. I put a lot of effort into building this."
Although he didn't know where his disciple got so much money, he really didn't want to sell the laboratory.
"All right!"
"Tell me when you want to sell it, teacher." Uchiha Ye spread his hands, looking quite helpless, leaving Orochimaru speechless for a while.
Before leaving, Orochimaru left a message: "Yo, your teacher knows you are very interested in all kinds of ninjutsu. You should spend more time with Tsunade these days, otherwise you won't have a chance once she leaves Konoha. Luckily, you have a month-long vacation recently."
"I will, teacher." Uchiha Ye's eyes lit up immediately, and he nodded quickly to make his promise.
For the next month, Uchiha Ye began a life of going back and forth between two points: during the day, he received training guidance from Tsunade, and occasionally he could also get some guidance from Jiraiya.
She spends most of her nights in the lab making soldier rations and preparing for the development of Sharingan.
Although it was tough, she was incredibly happy inside; pain and joy perfectly described her current situation.
She had never quite grasped the essence of how chakra could be released when gathered in one place, but after Tsunade's guidance, she finally understood.
Her strength improved to a new level, and she also learned a lot of medical ninjutsu.
As for the 'Yin Seal' and the 'Hundred Healings Technique', they are not within her consideration for the time being, as they would take too long.
Uchiha Yoh also signed a slug summoning contract.
Tsunade imparted almost all the knowledge she had acquired in her life, even though she shouldn't have done so. When she saw Uchiha Hare, she felt as if she were seeing her own younger brother, only the gender was different.
"Tsunade-neechan, you're leaving so soon? I'm so reluctant to part with you." Uchiha Ye hugged Tsunade and said sweetly, his face full of reluctance.
"You're such a grown man, yet you still act like a child. Aren't you afraid of being laughed at?" As she said this, Tsunade pressed down on him, almost suffocating Uchiha Ye in the midst of the surging waves.
This made Jiraiya, who was standing to the side, look on with envy.
After enduring a loving hug for a while, Uchiha Yo finally broke free.
Tsunade didn't linger; she ruffled Uchiha Yo's hair and turned to leave.
"Shizune-neechan, please take good care of Tsunade-neechan for me, and also take good care of yourself." Uchiha Ye took out a box of money and stuffed it into Shizune's hand, giving her these instructions.
Jingyin was deeply moved by these words; she adored the little girl.
Seeing that Tsunade was about to walk away, Shizune quickly chased after her.
Uchiha Ye turned to look at Jiraiya, "Jiraiya-senpai, this is a rare opportunity, so make the most of it."
Jiraiya understood her meaning perfectly well. His face flushed red, and without saying anything more, he hurriedly followed Tsunade's footsteps.
Once they were out of sight, Uchiha Ye turned around and saw Itachi, Anko, and Orochimaru-sensei standing not far behind her.
"All right!"
A month-long vacation is over, and it's time to start the grueling task again.
She never expected that after making a name for herself on the battlefield, she would still have to perform such trivial tasks. "How lamentable!"
It wasn't that sad, really. She missed Itachi, since she hadn't seen him much this month.
Itachi has been training diligently in the clan this month and has been quite busy. She doesn't know anything about it; he's acting all mysterious.
Red Bean Sister also underwent a month of special training from Orochimaru-sensei.
If she hadn't been uninterested in snake-based ninjutsu, she might have been one of them. But she still signed a summoning contract to summon snakes and learned an advanced defensive ninjutsu called 'Five Luo Rebirth Gate'.
