But just as the black bead sped towards him and he tried to dodge, the bead suddenly exploded.

Indeed, it exploded, and with the explosion, blinding light brighter than the sun filled the space; Yusuf Zuck saw nothing else but a world of white.

Taken aback, he was about to unlock the Door of the Other Shore to retreat when he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his head and chest, followed by the sound of cracking bones, and then he heard Fernando Graham’s voice.

"He’s injured; bones shattered; it’s the perfect time," Fernando Graham seemed ecstatic.

"No, retreat," Derrick Newman shouted, and all blinding light disappeared. As Yusuf Zuck tumbled in the air, he steadied himself, with his shattered head and caved-in chest rapidly restored to normal.

This was the power of his Purple Blood Beads, the injury healed entirely between breaths.

But by then, Derrick Newman and Fernando Graham had disappeared along with the celestial old man and six great demons, leaving only Porter Ray and others at the scene.

"Phew~" Yusuf Zuck took a deep breath, looked around, and sneered, "You can escape a monk, but not his temple; Fernando Graham, Derrick Newman, we’ll see."

"Yusuf, are you alright?" Porter Ray flew over and asked.

Yusuf Zuck shook his head, "I’m fine; they just fled quickly."

Cory Richmond chuckled, "I didn’t expect you to become so strong now? Even Derrick Newman and Fernando Graham together couldn’t defeat you."

"But didn’t they still get the better of me?" Yusuf Zuck sighed, "I’m still not strong enough; if I were, their fate would be like Jonah Murillo’s, but where did Dallas Fournier go? And where’s Ayden Acme?" Yusuf noticed Ayden Acme was also missing.

"I saw Ayden Acme standing by the Thunder Pool at the flash of white light; after the light flashed past, he was gone," Porter Ray pointed to the calm Thunder Pool.
