"Go on," Kai snickers, "Show me what changed in these"
His voice is cut short when two claws made of orange-red chakra tears out of the ground underneath and grab his ankle, surprising him momentarily. He glances at Kushina's feet with understanding flickering in his gaze as she giggles.
"Surprised? No, now you're feeling comprehension... wait, now it's confusion oh, wait"
"I get it," Kai rolls his eyes, "You can sense emotions and your chakra can form solid at will. It passed through the ground from your heels and only became solid now to grab me."
But then he laughs, "What am I feeling now?"
As expected, Kushina has a strange expression and she stares at him dumbly. Now he felt her confusion and surprise.
'Anything can be translated into Chakra. She quickly turns around, glaring at him but Kai chuckles calmly, "You always had great chakra control. I can assume that you can form solid chakra constructs out of any part of your body... so why are you restricting yourself?"
When it came to training, despite his actions, Kai remains serious. It's a moment of growth. It needs to be taken seriously. His question stumps Kushina while Mikoto and Nono think seriously about what they would achieve if they has this strength.
"Because we're humans. Hands, more often than not, become a part of the body used the most extensively. We are capable of controlling it to a great extent even if it's made out of chakra," Kai answers and clears Kushina's doubt since this is really just an instinctive reaction. Kushina, too, would have noticed this after a few battles but at their level, these battles can prove fatal. The quicker she learns more about herself, the better.
"But since you can form anything... you could have wings on your back, and blades of chakra shooting out in all directions. You could turn your body massive, too, like a giant beast or something. After all, you are one of the rare individuals on the planet who does not need to care about chakra expenditure. You can willingly form layers and folds of chakra to increase your defense, but turning it solid would lower your speed. Heck, you can propel yourself forward by pushing chakra down like actual springs."
As Kai kept on going, not only Kushina but even Mikoto and Nono were in a daze. Not only them, but Kyubi also sat wide-eyed as its skill is beings dismantled in front of its eyes.
'Seriously... who is this kid?'
Kyubi's large eyes blink dumbly.

Kai once again disappears from the grasp of chakra but this time another hand forms out from Kushina's butt, directly attacking him as he snickers, "Good, learning the pattern," but then his hand still smacks, and disperse the chakra hand, his palm landing a swift smack that makes her jumps slightly with a yelp once more!
*Ugh*
Kushina seemed to have imagined hearing Kyubi's groan but Kai's words soon calm her, "Is this what you practiced in seven days? It's good that you can control these chakra extensions greatly."
He shrugs. This kind of skill would truly catch others by surprise and his compliment, thus, is a sincere one.
But he soon adds, "If not on yourself, add folds of chakra on the construct you create, specifically, the area you want to defend. Else, anyone with higher strength can destroy it."
She huffs loudly and turns around, rage building in her gaze but this time she has a serious look, too.
"This isn't all," she retorts as two giant hands grow out of her back but this time, both of these hands form a seal. Just as Kai and others focus on the seal, Kushina uses her unimaginably quick speed to arrive before Kai with a sneaky grin, "Gotcha"
A palm held her face and slammed her into the ground with web-like cracks spreading out as Kushina hears the mocking tone, "Bitch, please. I could see that attack miles away. Next time, actually form an attack to attract attention. You have only trained but haven't been able to go out on too many missions... the last time you seriously fought was during Dan's betrayal. You need more time to adapt to the tactics with such a skill."
As he pulls his arms away, Kushina pouts, still unharmed as the cloak disappears from her body.
A soft rattling sound blows and is guided by the wind, letting it reach the rabbit's ears.
The cute ball of fur comes to a stop, afraid of making any sudden movements.
Its ruby-like beady eyes once again observe the surroundings and it feels something 'crawling' behind.
*Shaaa*
A venomous Red Soil Rattle Snake suddenly pounces on the rabbit from behind. Its sharp fangs are laced with deadly poison but it falls to the ground. The snake promptly cuts off its attack and doesn't let his tail rattle anymore. Its pitch-black eyes stare at the Rabbit with fear, love, awe, and an innate reverence.
The Rabbit silently keeps on looking at the snake. The rabbit's pupils reveal a look of animalistic hunger, unlike its cute appearance.
It is as contrasting as the white rabbit on the large scape of red earth.
*Phew*
An arrow pierces the snake but it doesn't coil in pain. Its gaze was already empty.
And the hunger in the Rabbit's gaze is long gone, too.
"Miss Shiro Akane! Hmph, you just love watching me get worried, running off so far from the village and all!"
A tall, bronze-skinned woman with a somewhat muscular frame walks up to the rabbit and picks it up in her embrace before pouting in a matter unbefitting her frame.
She looks at the snake and feels a little strange...
Something felt missing. As a hunter by hobby, she has great aim but lacks the necessary knowledge of the animals so she cannot pinpoint what is missing.
But still, she huffs and strokes the Rabbit's head lovingly while walking away.
A lone white in the world of red.
A predator hid in the body of a prey.
A Hunter who is willing to get skinned for a furry creature instead.
