No matter where you look in the castle town, you will not find a place more beautiful than this manor. I could confidently say that even if it was the home of the richest person in Dongdong Lake, it would not be this nice.

Dan Woo-hyeon’s skills in building houses were outstanding.

He has dexterity that would be hard to think of as someone who lived by eating knives. It made me wonder if perhaps his calling was to be a carpenter rather than a military officer.

There is a large pond dug in the spacious manor yard. It appears that he scooped up water from Dongjeong Lake, and he managed to do it all by himself.

In the very center of the manor yard, there was a gigantic pine tree. It was a

I had only slept on the bed I had made for one day, but there was old dirt all over it.

The clothes had been washed for so long that the black stains didn’t even appear on them.

Perhaps this child also has a purpose. However, it may not be for profit, but simply a desire to be together.

This child only thinks about eating everything. I thought maybe it was because I had been starving for a long time.

I reached out my hand and stroked my head.

As if it felt good, Hwa So-mi closed her eyes and smiled.

“I wish I could live quietly like this.”

“You can do that!”

Dan Woo-hyeon gazed at the scenery outside the window. The wind blew through the open window. The wind carefully wrapped around Danwoo string and did not move as if it had stopped.

Dan Woo-hyeon knew better than anyone else.

People who live on a diet of meat can never escape that fate. The wind blowing on Danwoohyeon right now stayed at the tip of the blade.

I hope so.
